 An escape room is an immersive, timed adventure game where you and your group solve puzzles, uncover clues, and complete challenges to “escape” or solve a mission before time runs out. 

No, you are never locked in. You can exit at any time.

Standard games last around 60 minutes, but plan to spend a little extra time for instructions before and an optional photo opportunity after.

Phones, cameras, food and drink are not allowed in the room. Lockers are provided for your convenience.

Escape rooms are great for families, friends, corporate teams, and enthusiasts. Age recommendations depend on the specific room, but children under 14 need to be accompanied by a paying adult. Not recommended for children under 5.

No, you will be playing with your group that you booked your escape room with.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your booking to allow time to complete check-in before your game begins. If you arrive late, your time slot may be shortened to avoid delaying other bookings. Completing waivers online in advance of check in is encouraged.

Yes! We welcome group events, team-building functions, birthday parties, and more. Please contact us to arrange special group bookings. Group booking may be made outside of regular business hours. 

This section answers booking and promotions questions

Yes!  Birthday player plays for free (within 3 days of your birth date) with a minimum of 3 paying guests. Birthday person ID MUST be presented at time of payment/check-in to receive the discount. No other discounts may be combined.

Yes! Canadian Veterans, Military personnel, and Emergency first responders  (Police/Fire/Ambulance) receive a 10% discount on their own admission. ID MUST be presented at time of payment/check-in to receive the discount. No other discounts may be combined.

We offer a variety of themes for Never Escape, including a pirate theme, a scary murder mystery, and a genie theme.
